Bamboo is a rapidly growing company that provides solutions to operational headaches for clients. They are seeking a Business Development Representative who excels in high-volume outbound calling to book quality demos and engage in meaningful conversations to identify client needs.

Responsibilities

You will be making 150–200 outbound dials per day
Your primary goal is booking high-quality demos, and eventually lead them after extensive training
You’ll listen for pain points, identify where their current process is breaking, and position Bamboo as the solution
While 90% of your day is hunting, the other 10% involves managing your CRM (keeping data clean) and collaborating with the sales team to ensure the demos you book actually close, and training

Required

Proven track record in outbound cold calling (SaaS or CannaTech experience is a plus)
Ability to maintain high energy over 150+ dials a day

Experience using a CRM (Copper, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and power dialers
