Responsibilities
Build accurate, detailed estimates from the ground up from our Worcester MA area office
Lead bid teams, assign responsibilities, and drive the development schedule
Review plans, specs, takeoffs, and subcontractor pricing with a sharp eye
Present estimates to leadership and own the closeout process
Support operations with pricing, technical insight, and cost vs actual reviews
Stay ahead of trends, cost history, and best practices so your estimates stay sharp
Qualification
Required
7+ years of estimating experience
Expertise in concrete, structural work, and general carpentry
Strong leadership instincts and the ability to guide small team of estimators
Advanced understanding of estimating fundamentals and conceptual pricing
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
