Load Document Coordinator
Anderson Trucking Service is committed to employee development and is hiring a Load Document Coordinator to support their Asset Operations team. This role focuses on verifying and auditing load documents to ensure accurate customer billing and timely driver settlements while delivering high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities
Verify and audit load documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Review documentation for customer billing and driver settlement requirements
Communicate with operations, customer service, and other teams to gather missing information
Respond to settlement-related phone calls and emails with professionalism
Follow ATS procedures to make accurate, timely billing and settlement decisions
Ensure company and contractor pay aligns with schedules and contract terms
Analyze load-specific scenarios to resolve billing and settlement issues
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative, accounting, billing, or document-processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data and document review
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
Strong organizational, math, and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Professional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Customer-focused approach with responsive follow-through
