Responsibilities
Provide support for computer hardware, software, and business applications
Troubleshoot and support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution
Communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner
Deliver one-on-one end-user training as needed
Identify issues requiring escalation and route them to the appropriate support level
Qualification
Required
Service desk / help desk support
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ticketing systems
Active Directory
Office 365
Windows 10 and Windows operating systems
Password resets and account management
Hardware and peripheral support
Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong customer service orientation
