Digital Marketing Manager
FriendliAI is a San Mateo-based startup focused on building advanced AI inference platforms. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to execute paid digital campaigns that drive awareness and growth, while collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Reddit, and other paid media platforms
Own day-to-day campaign execution, including targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, and optimization
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and ad platform reporting
Translate campaign results into clear insights and recommendations
Partner with Product Marketing to define audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives
Support demand campaigns tied to content, events, webinars, and thought leadership
Run test-and-learn experiments to improve efficiency and lead quality
Maintain clean tracking, attribution, and basic performance reporting
Qualification
Preferred
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads; experience with paid social platforms is a plus
Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing measurement fundamentals
Strong sense of ownership and accountability over live campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, or cloud infrastructure
Comfortable working in a hybrid startup environment
