Responsibilities
Responding to incoming support tickets
Assisting users via email, chat, and occasional in‑person support
Troubleshooting common end‑user issues such as:
Active Directory password resets
Authentication and login problems
WiFi and basic connectivity issues
Printer and hardware troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, or Computer Science degree)
Strong interest in building technical skills and learning new tools
Dependable, professional, and proactive work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Reliable transportation — this role follows a hybrid work schedule
