Project Coordinator

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Extract metadata from contracts and enter it into Ironclad
Migrate legacy spend data
Maintain regular communication with internal business owners and vendors to gather required data
Assist in migrating to a new due diligence tool (Lockpath) and coordinate related project management activities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of contract administration or contract management experience
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and possess good communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Ironclad, Oracle, and Lockpath is beneficial, though not required
Experience in mortgage or insurance industries is a plus but not required
Procurement or vendor management experience is also valued
