Responsibilities
Execute laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
Provide on-site technical support to internal end users
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, device assignments, and service activities
Collaborate with IT team members to quickly resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines
Follow all IT and hospital policies, procedures, and security standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with medical professionals
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
Desktop support and troubleshooting
Hardware installation and configuration
Access control and device setup
Basic networking knowledge
Security awareness and adherence to data protection best practices
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and user interaction
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT team members and hospital staff
Preferred
Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are highly advantageous
