Responsibilities
Assist in the design, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and performance data from production, testing, and operational environments
Support evaluation of mechanical processes, equipment performance, and material usage
Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, reports, and specifications
Identify design issues, inefficiencies, or failure risks in mechanical systems and propose improvements
Support senior engineers in product development, process optimization, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost
Assist with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support preparation of technical data for reviews, audits, and decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and engineering analysis tools
Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
Ability to analyze technical data and translate findings into practical engineering solutions
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a hands-on engineering environment
Preferred
Exposure to simulation or analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is a plus
