Responsibilities
Understand complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. However, this is not a tax return preparation position. Your prior experience preparing returns enables you to do this job
Provide financial analysis and support in equitable distribution and complex family law cases
Review and analyze tax returns, balance sheets, income statements, and budgets
Prepare financial summaries, schedules, and exhibits for litigation and settlement
Assist attorneys in understanding and presenting financial issues clearly and accurately
Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial documentation and inquiries
Qualification
Required
Experience with tax preparation at H & R Block, Liberty, or similar tax service or a CPA firm
Ability to understand complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
Experience providing financial analysis and support in equitable distribution and complex family law cases
Ability to review and analyze tax returns, balance sheets, income statements, and budgets
Experience preparing financial summaries, schedules, and exhibits for litigation and settlement
Ability to assist attorneys in understanding and presenting financial issues clearly and accurately
Professional communication skills with clients regarding financial documentation and inquiries
