Responsibilities
Develop analyses and insights to understand customer behaviors and needs deeply
Collect, analyze, and model data for advancing customer analytics and understanding SBG’s customer segments
Work cross-functionally to inform and influence strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and segmentation
Convert complex business strategies and stakeholder requirements into clear metrics and compelling data visualizations
Maintain rigorous standards for data quality and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Strong communication skills to articulate insights and findings across the organization
Experience in the domain of small business or financial services is highly valuable
