Responsibilities
Review and process invoices from sourcing vendors with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and assist in maintaining the resource allocations that impact the department budget
Assist in the software capitalization process by working with resource managers and program managers to update work items in the portfolio management software
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships by having monthly touch base meetings to discuss upcoming on- and offboarding contractor resources and invoice reviews
Oversee software license compliance, and calculate chargeback licensing costs
Allocate digital resources effectively across teams and projects, ensuring optimal utilization
Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in digital operations, financial management, or resource planning
Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; SAP experience preferred
Experience with Jira & Confluence space management and administration
