Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of assigned marketing events and brand activations
Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate logistics including signage, creative briefs, vendor orders, gift bags, staffing, etc
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product marketing) and external partners
Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints

Required

2+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or marketing project management
Passion and/or experience for fitness, nutrition and sports
Demonstrated ability to run events from concept through execution
Experience working closely with creative teams and managing production briefs
Proficiency using Asana
Must have own computer and programs
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
