Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage installation of structured cabling (Cat6, fiber), AV systems (displays, conferencing), and security systems (CCTV, access control)
Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, NEC, BICSI, etc)
Prepare and manage project budgets
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions
Approve invoices and change orders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Provide regular updates and reports on project status
Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Document and address deficiencies
Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, schedules, and close-out packages
Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons learned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
Strong in Structured Cabling and AV installations
Proficiency in project tracking, billing, and resource allocation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Experience with Blue Beam and other project documentation tools
Preferred
Familiarity with AIA billing standards
Experience using SiteOwl for AV project tracking
Advanced skills in Blue Beam for markup and collaboration
