Responsibilities
Responsible for providing mail and messenger services to the Commission
Processing a variety of mail by utilizing a mail machine, folder inserter, and other equipment
Maintaining a database of e-certified signatures and a spreadsheet of returned mail
Files daily reports and maintains records according to record retention schedule
Serve as lead worker in the duplicating shop by utilizing copiers, binding, cutter, folder, and inserter equipment
Monitors email resource account for request
Process orders through PA Publisher
Event services: setup and tear down of equipment and furniture
Assist with surplus
Assist with pulling and delivery of supplies
Help to transport Executive staff state vehicles for service or cleaning when needed
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
