Reach out to the provider to request the necessary documentation (chartnotes, prescription request, medical records) to bill Medicare
Review orders submitted by the Sales department to ensure they follow all applicable accreditations
Review the appropriate patient file within database systems, medical documentation, payment information, and patient supplied documents
