Produce and maintain user guides, help content, release notes, and technical documentation
Ensure all content complies with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and accessibility best practices
Review and revise existing documentation to improve accessibility and clarity
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to gather information and simplify complex concepts
Apply inclusive language and plain‑language principles
Create and maintain accessible documentation templates and style guides
Test documentation formats (PDF, HTML, Markdown) with assistive technologies
Qualification
Required
Experience in WCAG accessibility standards
Ability to create clear, accurate, and accessible documentation for diverse audiences
Produce and maintain user guides, help content, release notes, and technical documentation
