Seasonal Marina Customer Service Representative

Port of Anacortes is excited to hire two seasonal, full-time Marina Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional, friendly service to guests and tenants at Cap Sante Marina. In this role, you'll engage with visitors, offering recommendations and managing reservations while ensuring compliance with marina rules.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, friendly service to guests and tenants
Answer questions in person, by phone, email, and over VHF radio
Share insider tips on local restaurants, scenic trails, and outdoor adventures
Educate guests to ensure compliance with marina rules and best practices
Help boaters dock and guide guests to their next great experience
Manage reservations and keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Perform opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and processing payments

Qualification

Customer service experienceComputer skillsMultitasking abilityEnglish language proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

18 years old or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
Ability to read and speak English
