Responsibilities
Collaborate across functions to design, scope and propose key initiatives prior to project kick-off to determine viability before project kick off
Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, reinforcing strategic intent of deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project charters, roadmaps, plans, schedules, budgets and governance
Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure project objectives are met
Identify and escalate risks/issues quickly to ensure minimal disruption to business objectives, store performance and the guest experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, PMP certification or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Experience with project software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
Strong communication and presentation skills (including powerpoint presentation creation)
Proven ability to drive success through collaboration, influence, and relationship-building
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term objectives with immediate business needs
