The primary responsibility will be processing incoming returned mail, which includes sorting and reviewing documents, updating addresses, and documenting customer information.

Handle 50–150 pieces of mail daily
Update addresses in the system accurately
Utilize Word, Excel, and Jack Henry Xperience
Operate Konica MFD for scanning and archiving

Qualification

Required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
