Processing lease applications and ensuring information is complete and accurate
Preparing documentation and supporting deal flow from application through funding
Communicating with dealers, customers, and internal team members in a timely, professional manner
Handling moderate phone volume after training, alongside processing and documentation work
Assisting with tasks that support underwriting, sales, accounting, and collections
Entering and maintaining accurate data in internal systems, databases, and CRM tools
Supporting team coverage as needed in a small office environment where flexibility matters
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Consistent attendance and reliability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Self-motivated approach to work and learning; comfortable working independently
