Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customer technical teams (engineering, data, AI teams)
Understand customer LLM application scenarios, system architecture, and technical requirements
Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs and communicate them to headquarters R&D and product teams
Provide on-site or remote technical support for the use of LLM and cloud products
Assist in solution design, proof-of-concept (POC) support, and troubleshooting during early-stage deployment
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be based in the United States and located in or near Silicon Valley (Bay Area) to facilitate occasional on-site customer meetings and collaboration
Background in IT, cloud computing, or enterprise technology with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Experience in business development, pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar client-facing roles
Strong customer-facing and hands-on execution skills
Ability to work across time zones with global teams
Part-time is acceptable, but the role must be treated as a top business priority
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud computing and/or AI/LLM-related products; experience with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or Claude is preferred
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
