Information Technology
Responsibilities
Manage vendor, telecom, and network invoice processing
Support procurement and administrative A/P workflows
Coordinate deployment of hardware and software assets
Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records
Work with cellular and telecom providers to fulfill requests and resolve issues
Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with A/P, procurement, or financial operations workflows
Strong ability to prioritize work independently in a high‑volume environment
Hands‑on experience with IT asset management (hardware and software)
Familiarity working with telecom or cellular providers
Strong organizational and operations analysis skills
