Responsibilities

Support Intune and Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Windows 11 deployments
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, including hardware troubleshooting, peripheral replacement, software installation, and Windows 10/11 issue resolution
Manage and prioritize tickets within ServiceNow following ITIL practices
Package and deploy software, manage licensing, and oversee updates across a remote or distributed workforce
Grant access to specialized applications such as Office, WordPress, AutoCAD, and other team-specific tools
Support hybrid software deployment models, including self‑service and remote installation processes
Deliver strong customer service and communicate effectively with end users
