This night-shift role focuses on high-quality rack work, wire management, terminations, and equipment setup in an active healthcare environment.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform Cat5e/Cat6 terminations, patch panel work, and fiber terminations (if applicable)
Dress, label, and organize cables neatly within racks, closets, and enclosures
Install and configure network racks, patch panels, cable management, and related hardware
Complete testing and certification of cabling infrastructure
Ensure clean, professional buildouts aligned with healthcare facility standards
Follow all safety, security, and infection‑control procedures
Document work performed and communicate status updates to project leads
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in structured cabling with strong skills in terminations and rack/wire management
Proven ability to build clean, organized IDF/MDF environments
Experience working independently on overnight projects
Ability to read prints and follow scopes of work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare environments is a plus
