Performs all duties from PC Technician I
Implements training strategy provided by manager for PC Technician I
Supports other major bank equipment (ie. building generators, network re-terminations, etc...)
Develops their peers to ensure they are up to date on any processes
Maintains a lead role within other techs
Advises manager of an issues that can cause work disruption to bank while at a different location
Other duties as assigned
