The OBICC Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing data extraction pipelines from Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using Oracle BI Cloud Connector, supporting enterprise reporting and analytics needs.

Responsibilities
Configure and manage OBICC data extracts from Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX)
Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot OBICC jobs
Load extracted data into ADW / OAC / OCI Object Storage
Work with BICC extract definitions, including full and incremental loads
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business reporting requirements
Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems
Optimize extract performance and handle large data volumes
Support downstream BI tools (OAC, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Maintain documentation for OBICC processes and data flows
Assist in production support, issue resolution, and enhancements
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
Strong experience with Oracle BI Cloud Connector (OBICC/BICC)
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP / HCM / SCM modules)
SQL expertise (especially Oracle SQL)
Experience with Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or Oracle databases
Familiarity with OCI Object Storage
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
Ability to translate business requirements into technical data extracts
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
Preferred
