Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and analyzing innovation initiatives, including research and development activities, to help advance strategic programs and new solution concepts
Support preparation for industry engagement efforts by researching sector trends, assisting with member outreach, summarizing insights from meetings, and identifying emerging opportunities across key industries
Support daily operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives across teams, helping streamline workflows and enhance organizational effectiveness
Collect, analyze, and report data related to innovation projects to inform strategic decisions and support evidence-based recommendations
Contribute to ideation sessions, workshops, and brainstorming activities to help optimize innovation processes and develop new solutions
Provide support to innovation, industry engagement, and Supply Chain Visibility teams on research, design thinking, prototyping, and other project-based initiatives
Qualification
Required
Completed at least your second year of a collegiate program
Interest in innovation, industry engagement, business strategy, or related fields
Curious, analytical, and excited about innovation, emerging technologies, and industry trends
Enjoy solving problems, exploring new ideas, and working collaboratively with others
Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable translating complex ideas into simple, actionable insights
Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve
Preferred
Familiarity with presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Miro
