Responsibilities
Monitoring all approved services to meet the individual’s current needs
Conducts quarterly home visits and conduct monthly telephone contacts with the individuals being served
Ensuring personal care attendants (PCA’s) chosen by the individual meet basic competencies, and review and approve their payroll
Must be able to travel within their assigned area
Qualification
Required
Good oral and written communications skills are required to be proficient in this position
Must be able to prioritize, plan and provide timely services to those individuals being served
Looking for individuals who can multi-task, are very detailed oriented, analytical, and able to solve problems
Must be able to travel within their assigned area
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or related field, and two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
