They are currently seeking a motivated and talented legal assistant to manage intellectual property matters, interact with clients, and prepare correspondence to clients and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Managing intellectual property matters
Attorney dockets
Interacting with clients
Preparing and managing correspondence to clients, international attorneys and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a legal assistant or paralegal
1+ years in intellectual property / patents
Preferred
1-10+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
Proven organizational, multi-tasking and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Pattsy Wave docketing software is a plus
