Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Prepare, package, palletize, and ship outgoing orders accurately and safely
Load and unload products using proper equipment and safety procedures
Process and document returned products according to company guidelines
Enter product and shipment information into database systems as needed
Arrange received products in the warehouse per organizational and departmental needs
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse areas, including quarantine and palletizing zones
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling stairs, and scanners safely
Adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and safety requirements
Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication tracking
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Maintain organized storage of products
Identify and report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment
Intermediate math skills (proportions, percentages, calculations)
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and other database software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and handling of products
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance
Ability to use hand tools, tape guns, box cutters, packing machines, and other warehouse equipment
Ability to operate ladders and reach products stored at varying heights
Ability to inspect product labels, serial numbers, and supplier information accurately
Preferred
Experience with inventory or clerical warehouse tasks preferred
