Responsibilities
Lead program execution and serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders
Provide programmatic leadership to staff, subcontractors, and executive leadership
Manage deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting requirements
Oversee subcontractor relationships, agreements, and compliance
Support workforce development, career growth, and staffing strategies
Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans to ensure program success
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree (Business, STEM, or related field)
6+ years of Program Management experience (10+ years preferred)
5+ years of Systems Engineering, IT, or Information Assurance experience
Experience managing contracts of comparable size and complexity
Subcontractor management experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or STEM field
Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) organizations
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
IAM Level II Certification (CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP-Associate, GSCL)
