Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to the VP, Technology, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) operates, delivers value and drives technology transformation
Drive alignment and execution across strategic initiatives, team priorities, and operational rhythms via the Technology Business Office
Partner closely with internal teams, ETG leaders, and business partners to optimize effectiveness, ensure cohesion across ETG, and foster an inclusive, engaged culture

Required

Bachelor's degree; 3 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education
8+ years of related experience
Demonstrated experience managing programs/projects with budgets of $20M+
Expert-level proficiency managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
Experience managing integrated work plans
Experience collaborating with project stakeholders (business and IT), sponsors and team, including vendors, and executive leadership
Experience in vendor management
Demonstrated mastery of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Proficient using MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
