Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during payroll implementation, handling inquiries, questions, and concerns efficiently
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and professional approach
Assist new and existing clients in setting up and maintaining payroll accounts, including employee records, pay schedules, and tax information
Provide clients with step-by-step guidance on payroll processing and deliver training on UZIO’s payroll system and other related features
Review payroll data for accuracy before processing to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance the client support experience
Stay up-to-date with changes in federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant
Offer regular feedback to management on potential system improvements based on client interactions and experiences

Qualification

U.S. payroll systemsPayroll software experienceU.S. payroll regulationsBachelor’s degreeCPP certificationClient support experienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detail

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. payroll processing, client support, or a related field
Experience with payroll software and systems is essential
Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, including federal and state tax laws, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP) are a plus
