Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Lead the full sales process—from first meeting to signed contract
Design premium, buildable outdoor living spaces using 3D software
Evaluate site conditions, measurements, and technical requirements
Present proposals clearly and professionally, selling on value—not price
Guide clients through design decisions with expertise and transparency
Ensure a smooth handoff to construction and maintain CRM accuracy
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of sales experience in pools, landscape, outdoor living, or related fields
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or Construction
Experience with high-end clientele and permitting processes
Proven top performer with strong closing ratios and self-generated leads
Skilled in 3D design software (AutoCAD and Pool Studio preferred)
Strong understanding of construction concepts and site evaluation
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Creative, technical, detail-oriented, and driven to win
