Responsibilities
Conduct weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews to move deals through the funnel
Act as the "Executive Closer" for 6-figure opportunities, assisting AEs in complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder navigation
Run the "Daily Stand-up" and lead the Weekly Sales Meeting to align on wins, losses, and tactics
Serve as the primary liaison to Marketing; provide real-time feedback on lead quality and market resonance
Identify gaps in sales collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers) and oversee their development
Enforce CRM hygiene; ensure that if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen
Refine and document the Parsec sales process to reduce ramp time for future hires
Develop and track KPIs beyond just revenue (e.g., discovery-to-demo ratios, average contract value)
Foster a competitive yet collaborative in-office environment
Implement specific rituals like travel to ensure our Tennessee-based AE remains fully integrated into the team’s culture and strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership/management role
A proven track record of personally closing or overseeing 6-figure contracts
You thrive in an office environment and understand how to 'read the room' to keep morale high
Expert-level proficiency in [Your CRM, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] and sales engagement tools
