They are seeking a Program Analyst II to demonstrate mission knowledge and skills in workload analysis, requirements determination, and force management, while collaborating with other intelligence community members.

Responsibilities
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences in development of concepts, workload analysis, requirements determination, force management and development, and capabilities development
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Structures analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving information collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products utilizing Microsoft Office and programs internal to Army
Demonstrates knowledge and application of Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
Demonstrates ability to apply critical thinking and multitask
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualification
Required
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI
Minimum 6 years of experience related to workload analysis, requirements determination, force/manpower structure management or development (to include equipping and/or stationing), organizational structure analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education -OR- an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 8 years as a substitute to the degree
