They are seeking a Regional Property Operations Director to lead and grow their property management platform, focusing on delivering exceptional workplace experiences for occupants.

Responsibilities
Lead and scale a platform for property operations
Establish a culture that is dedicated to achieving an exceptional workplace for our occupants
Establish and monitor KPI’s and other metrics to track progress
Oversee and mentor direct reports in various roles throughout the property operations platform
Lead the development of budgets, capital plans, and operational strategies to maximize asset performance, and oversee the monthly property reporting process, including monitoring budget variances and cash flow changes
Partner with our finance, development, and leasing teams to align operations with business goals
Establish standards and best practices for each functional area to drive consistency
Act as the senior point of escalation for major building issues and/or the operational needs of building occupants
Identify and implement new technologies, vendors, and partnerships
Recruit, train, and retain top talent across functional disciplines
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and investment partners
Qualification
Required
Significant experience leading first class commercial real estate operations
Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams and functions
Strong understanding of facilities management, service programming, and property financials
Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution
Experience with change management and process improvement
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt
Innovative mindset with a drive to refine and improve upon current workflows
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer experience
