Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination – Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, influencer communication, deliverable management, and timeline tracking
Content Management – Organize, track, and manage influencer content submissions, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and deliverables
Reporting & Analytics – Assist in tracking campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions) and compiling performance data into actionable reports
Relationship Management – Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with influencers to foster authentic, long-term partnerships
Administrative Support – Help with contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to keep campaign workflows running smoothly
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience working on influencer marketing campaigns (agency or in-house)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A keen eye for aesthetics and understanding of different brands' influencer needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Familiarity with influencer platforms, social media tools, and industry trends is a plus
