Responsibilities
Providing the Revenue Operations Team with help such as:
Creating or modifying Reports & Dashboards in Salesforce
Running Data Analysis in Excel
Technical configuration, including but not limited to: field creation, validation rules, and flow automation
Making data updates to Salesforce CRM
Working with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to understand the needs of the business that can be translated into technical requirements
Qualification
Required
Detail oriented
Solid communication skills both verbal and written (especially working with a remote team)
Microsoft Office proficient
Strong analytical thinker and problem solver
Ability to be agile in a working environment
Pro-active and results driven
Ability to perform effectively as an individual and as a member of a team
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and integrated platforms (Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach) highly desired!
