Run the front reception desk and welcome incoming clients and visitors
Assist with data filing
Prepare necessary client materials
Distribute and/or forward all incoming office mail
Ensure the office is organized at all times

Qualification
Required
Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude
Good organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Creativity (e.g., ideas for decorating for autism awareness month)
A professional and friendly demeanor
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Reliable car and be willing to drive daily (as required)
Some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to provide negative TB test results
Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
Preferred
BA in related field
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician
