Quality Assurance & Testing Lead
Donnelly & Moore Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance & Testing Lead to oversee quality assurance and testing for the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCP DR) Project. The role involves developing comprehensive test plans, validating failover sequences, and documenting defects and test results to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Comprehensive DR test plan covering all applications
RTM linking DR requirements → expected outcomes
Test scripts, including connectivity, workflow continuity, and integration tests
Validate that failover/failback sequences operate as designed
Document test results by capturing the screenshots with date and timestamp
Identify and document DR-specific defects, including latency, connectivity, and configuration variances between prod and DR environments
Document the steps to reproduce defects, associated test data, screenshots, and other relevant information
Daily defect logs, dashboards, and remediation recommendations
Final DR readiness certification package: Screenshots, logs, results, timelines, and auditor‐ready documentation
Qualification
Required
Ability to coordinate across IT teams, business analysts and product/business owner to gain an understanding of applications and the testing needs
Skilled in building and maintaining a comprehensive Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) that links requirements to validation outcomes
Proven ability to design effective test scenarios and test cases that fully cover key functional and DR-specific requirements
Adept at validating large, interconnected application environments with numerous upstream/downstream dependencies
Strong capability in developing structured, end‐to‐end test plans aligned to DR testing objectives
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently as needed to meet quality deliverables
Proficiency with Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
