Program Coordinator - Support Services
NEOGOV is seeking a Program Coordinator for Support Services to manage the Opioid Treatment, Prevention, and Recovery grant. The role involves administrative functions, project planning, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Works within the office to facilitate projects. Assists with monitoring, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on Opioid Treatment, Prevention and Recovery projects
Enters data, manages information in the Neighborly system and Pasco County’s System of Record. Updates and maintains databases; creates queries and reports
Sets up and maintain files in Neighborly and Sharepoint. Ensures compliance with document retention requirements
Conducts review of invoices for accuracy and grant eligibility, correlates invoices, and vouchers for payment
Assembles information alone or in coordination with Grants Coordinator for Director’s use
Demonstrates seamless customer service, integrity and commitment to innovation; efficiency; and fiscally responsible activity
Creates reports and presents as needed to the Opioid Task Force
Creates drafts of new subrecipients’ agreements and other related contracts by incorporating relevant and approved information on agreement templates
Ensures administrative compliance of Opioid Funding Programs grantees: managing end-to-end workflow process for agreements, amendments, and changing requests from grantees
Compiles supporting documentation for agenda items to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Tracks agenda workflow and process all the necessary phases to initiate the use of the contract
Responsible for purchase order process for grant (creation of purchase order through payment of the invoice). Coordinates with vendors, fiscal services, purchasing, and finance for information needed during the purchase order process
Responsible for Opioid Task Force onboarding of new members
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration or a related field and two (2) years' of experience in grant management OR an Associate degree and four (4) years' experience
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license
Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Preferred
Prior experience with grants is preferred
