Senior Product Manager
BluFeather Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their People Technology division. The role involves architecting and building seamless automated logic for employee lifecycle processes, including managing core HCM modules and automating HR workflows.
Responsibilities
Define Domain Logic: Own the roadmap for Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Global Benefits modules
Master the JML Cycle: Design the technical bridge for the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process—automating the flow from an "Offer Accepted" in the ATS to "Day 1 Provisioning" in Okta
Scale Manager Self-Service: Build the workflows that allow managers to handle merit cycles, promotions, and transfers with zero manual HR intervention
Consult & Guide: Act as the subject matter expert to translate complex HR policies into scalable product features
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of PM experience at a PeopleTech vendor (Workday, Rippling, ADP, etc.) or leading a massive, hands-on implementation of Advanced Comp/Payroll
You can explain the technical logic of a payroll cycle, a merit pool calculation, or a SCIM provisioning workflow without a script
You don't just 'know' Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta—you understand how their APIs and data schemas talk to each other
You build with SOX/SOC2 and data privacy (PII) at the core of the product design
