The role involves vendor oversight, managing due diligence, negotiating leases, and collaborating with internal teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's macro new build and modification programs
Oversee vendor site acquisition and A&E partners
Navigate various milestones to get to a 'Real Estate Complete' work product
Supervise third party vendors in performing due diligence
Negotiate leases or amendments
Manage work flow forecasts
Obtain governmental approvals and permits
Drive projects and prioritize multiple competing projects
Collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes
Include PO management
Assist with special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction (network real estate) project management experience
Ideal candidate will have experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred
Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client's
Familiarity or experience with upper midwestern region
Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding milestones and the impact of the job to the overall program
Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals
Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive
Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with Client's processes and tools (FUZE) preferred
