Responsibilities
Lead and provide performance feedback to all direct reports, including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and administering corrective actions when necessary
Enforce accountability and discipline to maintain a high-performing team
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and departments
Maximize equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production goals
Manage and oversee the plant’s preventive maintenance program
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor
Strong background in manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes
Proven expertise with Fanuc robotics repair in a manufacturing environment (This is the biggest must-have)
Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at mentoring and teaching effective problem-solving techniques
Preferred
High voltage electrical repair experience preferred
