Drupal Engineer (Part-Time, On-call) - Remote
ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Drupal Engineer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the CMS platform and associated web applications, working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
Be a key contributor in the creation of Drupal sites that are fully compliant with standards for design, accessibility, security, and performance
Write automated tests that support the delivery of quality software
Contribute to the client, ICF, and Drupal engineering communities
Work directly with stakeholders and team members to set and manage expectations throughout the life of the project
Operate within an agile development process
Qualification
Required
3+ years building secure, accessible, and responsive Drupal solutions, including module development, theming, and migrations
Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
Basic command of Drush and Composer
A solid understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web: HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
A general understanding of containerization
Strong oral and written communication skills and the willingness to use them
A strong sense of ownership and engagement
Preferred
Familiarity working in and with Cloud technologies like AWS, Pantheon, or Acquia
Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, and CakePHP
