Responsibilities

You will implement and oversee the Fire and Emergency Services Logistics and Asset Management Program
You will provide input into Fire and Emergency Services assets tracking systems, applications, and databases to increase functionality, data completeness, and data accuracy
You will organize, conduct, and document internal Fire and Emergency Services program workgroups related to Fire and Emergency Services assets procurement and management
You will coordinate Fire and Emergency Services leadership and constituents as well as other procurement agencies on the procurement, management, tracking and disposal of Fire and Emergency Services assets

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Constructing and maintaining authorized equipment lists and tables of allowances; 2) Developing and maintaining equipment specifications; 3) Gathering, summarizing, and reporting data; and 4) Develop, coordinate, and promulgate policies and procedures pertaining to vehicles and equipment
