Temporary Event Manager

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Temporary Event Manager to support a critical period of in-person B2B events. This role is execution-focused, managing Tier 2 trade shows using established templates and processes with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution for Tier 2 events using established templates and processes
Manage on-site booth execution including setup, attendee engagement, and teardown
Execute booth activities designed to attract and engage event audiences
Support light on-site social and engagement activations
Coordinate event logistics, materials, and expenses
Partner with internal marketing stakeholders while operating independently on-site
Troubleshoot issues in real time during event execution

Required

5+ years of hands-on event or tradeshow management experience
Experience working in B2B tech or similarly complex corporate environments (required)
Proven ability to execute events independently without daily oversight
Strong communication skills and proactive working style
Comfortable following established templates and operational processes
Physically able to assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 lbs
