InternThink Positive Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to preventive mental health education. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Google Marketing Intern to help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, providing hands-on experience in digital marketing and nonprofit growth.

Responsibilities
Assist with setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns under the Google Ad Grant
Conduct keyword research and help identify audience targeting opportunities
Draft and test ad copy (headlines and descriptions)
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Track basic metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions
Support conversion tracking and landing page optimization (Eventbrite, Zeffy, website pages)
Help ensure ads comply with Google Ad Grant policies
Participate in weekly check-ins and provide brief progress updates
Support additional digital marketing projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
Comfortable learning new tools and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Interest in mental wellness, community programs, or nonprofit work is a plus
Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or keyword research tools
Completion of digital marketing coursework or certifications
